Kurotsuchi Nemu is a pedicurist who will, under certain circumstances, give
manicures as well. She works in a small salon in the city on Thursday, Friday, and
Saturday nights from six to nine-thirty. Should a student or a teacher ask for a
pedicure or a manicure outside of the salon, she will make an effort to arrange a
private appointment.

[Level of Power Awareness]
Nemu was always a little "off," but the hokey capabilities she had beforehand play
no role in the magical abilities she is currently studying, save for maybe Psychic
Arts. She can only reach as far as Basic Form, but she does catch on quickly and is
dedicated.

[Conductor]
Nemu uses her own body as a conductor. A natural at hand-to-hand combat, she finds
it easiest to function without using another object as a conductor, and so focuses
on herself and Tonbo-bi.

In her Basic Form, her body will glow bright yellow. Focusing her energy
like this will upgrade her magic strength/accuracy and agility.

In Risen Form, her speed and magic impact significantly raise in
level. Black body art of intricate designs spread along her arms and legs. While
they appear to be mere tattoos that come with the second level, they actually
happen to feed off of the energy around her. Physical contact with her opponent
allows her to absorb their energy, bit-by-bit.

Nemu undergoes drastic changes in her Divine Form. Her hair, being the most
obvious change, turns white although glows blonde due to her surrounding aura. Her
eyes turn a light amber shade as well (this all being from the impact that the
powerful changes make within her body), and the body decorations extend to her
front, back, and her face. Once again, she absorbs energy this way, and she only
has to be near her opponent in order to consume energy. Her speed and magic
impact raise a significant amount as well.

As dandy as all this is, Nemu has no defense. She is all stealth, and any magical
power she exudes is dependent on her energy, which can very easily wear out of she
becomes irrational with it. She is reliable not to get hit in hand-to-hand combat,
but her brute force is lacking. In that case, while those with brute force are
fighting up close, she is most beneficial standing behind and casting spells from
afar. Because of her markings in Risen and Divine Forms, she has more freedom for
close-ranged maneuvers.
